Co-being sessions are coming
A way to be together in between the 6 week cycles of the wheel of the year
Hi friends,
For a while I’ve been really keen to offer another opportunity to come together with my lovely paid membership community, as well as our 6 weekly online circles.
I’ve been loving the co-working/co-writing spaces I’ve been attending with other facilitators, including
’s writing in the dark morning sessions. It’s a really special experience to share an online space with other faces - to be engaged in your own activity but to look up and see other faces engaged in their own, with candles or cups of tea or dogs or children in the background.So I’d like to offer you a similar space - enter the co-being sessions. They’ll be an hour long on a weekday morning, roughly halfway between each online circle. I’ll do a brief introduction for 5 minutes, which might be a bit of movement (a shake, a jiggle or a stretch!) or a short meditation or reading - something to bring us into the space together. We’ll set a short intention then we’ll spend the remaining time doing our own thing, or just being, together. I’ll briefly close the space at the end and we’ll go on with our respective days.
You might be engaged in some kind of work, or you might be reading or doing jobs or life admin or playing with a child; you might be joining us from the office, your home working space or your kitchen. If you’d like to co-exist besides some other humans for an hour, you’re so welcome.
The first one will be Monday 19 May at 11am - I know it’s short notice but I hope some of you will be around (being) next week! I’ll send out a Zoom invitation on the morning.
