I’m excited to gather with The Wheel community for our seasonal circle at 8pm on Tuesday! The spring equinox occurs this Thursday March 20 at 5:01 a.m, when the sun sits directly over the equator. For everyone all over the world, the day and night will be of equal length, before we move towards increasingly longer days as we approach the lighter half of the year.

My next online circle is on 19 March at 8pm! These circles are available to all paid subscribers and are held every six weeks around the time of a festival from the Celtic wheel of the year. Themes for our circle

In our circle on Tuesday we’ll explore the idea of balance as an often elusive idea, considering contradictory forces in our lives and how we integrate them (or not), how tension can help us birth new things, and different energies over our life cycle. And we’ll celebrate the rising energy of change, light and emergence this spring.

Reminders for our circle -

  • come as you are - circles are meant to be a nourishing experience with some grounding, teaching, quiet journalling and an opportunity to share your thoughts, if you’d like to do so (this latter process will be explained, and it will be guided and held with care and attention)

  • I love seeing your faces but it’s also absolutely fine if you’d prefer to be in camera-off mode, and if you’re putting kids to bed, listening in the dark etc, that’s all ok of course

  • I’m planning some optional brief, gentle, floor-based movement, so come in comfortable clothes (pyjamas are welcome!) For the rest of the time I encourage you to be on the sofa, in bed etc

  • You might like to bring a hot drink, a journal and pen
